Locate the pump: The foot pump is the raised, spongy area at the bottom of the mat (opposite the pillow)
Open the valve: Open the outer cap of the inflation valve located on this pump area
Step to inflate: Repeatedly step on or press the pump with your foot (or hand) to pump air into the mattress
Seal the pump valve: Once the mat is firm, quickly close the valve cap tightly to prevent air leakage
