We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate.

However:

  • colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device;

Please review the applicable product description before purchasing.

If you require clarification about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

Prices

Product prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or system errors as permitted by law.

Promotions, discounts and special offers may:

  • apply for limited periods;
  • apply only to selected products;
  • be subject to stock availability;
  • have specific terms; and
  • not be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

Where a price or product listing contains an obvious error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order and deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.

3. Orders, Stock Availability & Payments Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that Decorum & Co has accepted the order.

Orders remain subject to:

  • successful payment;
  • stock availability;
  • verification where required;
  • product availability;
  • delivery or collection availability; and
  • fraud and security checks.

We may contact you if we are unable to fulfil an order as placed.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we may offer an appropriate alternative, amendment or refund depending on the circumstances.

Stock Availability

Stock levels displayed online are intended to assist customers, but may occasionally change before an order is fulfilled.

Stock may be held at different Decorum & Co locations.

Where necessary, stock may need to be transferred internally before an order can be completed or dispatched.

We do not guarantee availability until the relevant stock has been allocated to your order.

Payments

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods made available at checkout or through another payment arrangement authorised by Decorum & Co.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers.

Decorum & Co does not generally store complete payment card details.

An order may be held or cancelled where:

  • payment is unsuccessful;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent; or
  • additional verification is reasonably required.
4. Delivery & Collections Delivery

Delivery timeframes displayed or communicated by Decorum & Co are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by matters outside our reasonable control, including:

  • courier delays;
  • weather;
  • traffic;
  • strikes;
  • public holidays;
  • remote-area delivery conditions;
  • unusually high order volumes; or
  • other operational disruptions.

Courier companies operate independently from Decorum & Co.

We cannot guarantee:

  • the exact time a courier will arrive;
  • a particular driver's route;
  • that collection and replacement deliveries will occur simultaneously; or
  • exact transit times once a parcel has entered a courier's network.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is reasonably available to receive the order.

Additional charges or delays may arise from incorrect addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Collections

Where collection is offered, customers must wait until the order has been confirmed as ready for collection before travelling to the collection location.

Customers collecting products are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the correct order is collected;
  • products are loaded and transported safely;
  • suitable transport is used; and
  • products are properly secured.

Damage caused after collection through customer-arranged loading, transportation, securing, unloading or handling may not constitute a product defect.

5. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Hygiene Products Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items and warranty claims are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Our policy includes rules relating to:

  • 7-day change-of-mind returns;
  • unopened and opened products;
  • online returns;
  • product assessments;
  • missing or damaged components;
  • warranty claims;
  • health and hygiene products;
  • incorrect items;
  • courier damage;
  • customer-arranged transport;
  • repairs;
  • clearance or specifically disclosed items; and
  • marketplace purchases.

Returns must be arranged and authorised before products are sent back to us.

Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for the applicable process.

Health & Hygiene Products

Certain products may be identified on their product listing as subject to health or hygiene return restrictions.

For these products, change-of-mind returns may only be accepted where the product remains unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging within the applicable return period.

Once such a product has been opened or used, change-of-mind returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

This does not prevent a customer from reporting an alleged defect, which may be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

6. Product Assembly, Safety & Intended Use Product Assembly

Certain Decorum & Co products require assembly.

Customers are responsible for:

  • following the supplied instructions;
  • using appropriate tools;
  • ensuring components are installed correctly; and
  • observing stated weight or usage limitations.

Damage caused by incorrect assembly, modification, misuse, overloading or improper installation may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Where an assembly service is separately offered, additional terms or charges may apply.

Product Safety & Intended Use

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, specifications or weight limits provided.

Customers are responsible for assessing whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.

Products intended for children, mobility assistance, health-related support, outdoor use, exercise or similar applications must be used with appropriate care and supervision where relevant.

Nothing in this section limits Decorum & Co's obligations concerning defective or unsafe goods under applicable law.

7. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • an incorrect product;
  • an item damaged during delivery;
  • a product with missing components; or
  • a product you believe is defective,

We may reasonably request:

  • proof of purchase;
  • photographs;
  • videos;

  • other information necessary to investigate the matter.

Where appropriate, products may need to be inspected, tested or assembled before an outcome can be confirmed.

We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including where content violates these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, theft, abuse or misuse of our services.

This may include:
