At Decorum & Co, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer two convenient delivery options:

1.1 Standard Courier Delivery (Nationwide)

We handle the courier selection on your behalf — ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective option is chosen for your order.

  • You’ll be shown a Standard Shipping option at checkout, which reflects the cheapest available delivery rate based on your location and order size.
  • We offer a range of delivery services including:
  1. Door-to-door standard delivery
  2. Overnight delivery (where available)
  3. Locker-to-locker shipping for added convenience
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timeframes generally range between 1–5 working days, depending on your area and the shipping method selected.

If your parcel exceeds normal size or weight limits, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional courier costs.

1.2 Collection from Our Warehouse (By Appointment Only)

Prefer to collect your order? You’re welcome to collect directly from our warehouse.

  • Collection is available by appointment only.
  • Same-day collection is usually possible once your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order number and name for verification at pickup.

2. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout to receive shipping updates.
  • Once a parcel has been collected by the courier, any delivery follow-ups should be directed to the courier using your tracking link.

3. Special Requests

If you need delayed dispatch, fragile handling, or have multiple orders to combine — let us know before dispatch and we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and all packaging.
  • Late claims may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

5. Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If your parcel is returned due to failed delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at your expense.
