Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times range from 1–5 working days depending on your location and the courier option selected at checkout.

Yes! You can choose to collect your order from our warehouse by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive confirmation with collection details. Please bring your order number and name when collecting.

Yes. Depending on your area and the product, overnight or express delivery options may be available. At checkout, we’ll show you the most affordable courier options — including overnight or locker-to-locker services when possible.

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assess and assist you as quickly as possible. Late reports may not qualify for replacements or refunds.

Most of our flat-pack furniture comes with the required fittings and an easy-to-follow manual. You may need a basic screwdriver (not included). We also provide video guides for many of our products to assist with assembly.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey via the courier’s website. Make sure your email is correct at checkout to receive updates.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty.

1. 14–Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product to us.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components included.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s cost.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, provided it meets our return conditions.

Please Note: Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging will not qualify for a refund.

2. 30–Day Manufacturer’s Warranty (Defective Products)

All products include a 30–day warranty against manufacturing defects only.

  • Defects caused by incorrect use, installation, handling, or external damage are not covered.
  • If your product is faulty within 30 days due to a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately. We may request photos or videos to verify the issue and will advise on the next steps.
