We take pride in offering factory-direct furniture and curated home products that are quality-checked before dispatch.

We do not operate a dropshipping model. All products are dispatched from our controlled distribution warehouse.

Stock Availability

All products available for purchase on our website are in stock and ready to be dispatched from our distribution warehouse.

We only list products that are available to ship, ensuring accurate stock availability and reliable order fulfilment. This approach allows us to offer factory-direct pricing while maintaining quality control and stock accuracy.

Please Note: While we maintain strict stock control systems, occasional discrepancies may occur due to high order volumes or system syncing delays. We sincerely apologise should this happen and will communicate promptly to resolve the matter.

Processing, Dispatch & Handling Time (Pick & Pack SLA)

All orders go through a quality check, packaging, and courier booking process before dispatch.

Processing & Dispatch Time (Applies to ALL Orders):

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

10 AM Cut-Off:

Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed from the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Important Clarification:

The 1–2 working day processing and dispatch time applies to ALL delivery methods.

Selecting overnight delivery does not skip processing time — it only affects the courier delivery time after dispatch.

While our official SLA allows up to 1–2 working days, most orders are dispatched sooner whenever possible.

We select the most reliable and cost-effective courier option based on your location and parcel size, weight, and quantity.

Courier Surcharges:

If your parcel exceeds standard courier size or weight limits, additional courier charges may apply. These are calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.

Overnight delivery / Express delivery only applies once the parcel has been collected by the courier and does not include processing time.

Courier Responsibility:

Once your order has been processed and dispatched (1–2 working days), it is handed over to the courier. From this point onward, the courier is responsible for the delivery of your parcel.

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

For urgent delivery requests, delivery updates, or specific delivery instructions, customers may contact the courier directly using the tracking link provided. Couriers are best positioned to assist with real-time updates or delivery-related queries.

Collection from Our Factory Outlet Store

You are welcome to collect your order from our Factory Outlet Store once it has been confirmed ready.

  • Collections are by appointment for order collection
  • Walk-ins are welcome to browse and shop in-store
  • Same-day collection may be available once your order is prepared
  • Please bring your order number for verification

Free Shipping Policy (Volumetric Weight Disclaimer)

Orders over R3,000 qualify for free shipping, subject to a maximum volumetric weight equivalent to 60 kg.

Couriers calculate shipping charges using volumetric weight, which is based on parcel dimensions rather than actual weight. This is standard practice for bulky items such as furniture.

Typical industry formula:

Volumetric Weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000

If your order exceeds the free-shipping volumetric threshold, any additional courier fee will be calculated automatically at checkout. The delivery cost shown at checkout reflects the final payable amount.

Factors That May Affect Delivery Times

  • Weekends and public holidays
  • Stock takes and warehouse audits
  • Courier delays or capacity constraints
  • Severe weather or national disruptions
  • High-volume sales events or festive periods

We always aim to minimise delays and communicate proactively where possible.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and all packaging

Late claims may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, re-delivery can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
