The Cornice Adhesive Acrylic Sealant is a high-performance acrylic adhesive and gap-filling sealant designed for the secure installation of decorative cornices, wall cladding, moldings, ceiling roses, skirting boards, door frames, window frames, and plasterboard applications. Its flexible formula delivers a strong bond while sealing small gaps to create a clean, professional finish.

Suitable for both professional contractors and DIY enthusiasts, this versatile adhesive adheres to a wide range of common building materials including plaster, polystyrene, masonry, wood, glass, aluminum, glazed tiles, and most metals. The paintable finish blends seamlessly with surrounding surfaces once cured, and its no-sanding-required formula helps simplify installation while achieving a smooth, professional result.

1 x Cornice Adhesive Acrylic Sealant

Wear gloves and eye protection when when making use of adhesive
Apply the Cornice Adhesive to the molding using a wide putty knife or suitable tool along the full contact surface
Carefully position the new adhesive molding against the prepared surface
Apply a steady, gentle pressure allowing the excess Cornice Adhesive to squeeze out
Wipe off the excess material with a damp cloth and allow to set for final curing
Wash tools and hands with regular soap and water to clean
If required, Royal Cornice Adhesive can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:2 to use as a first coat primer
Check that the surfaces to be stuck are free from oil, grease, moisture, and loose dust
Cleaning and degreasing the surface with a compatible solvent cleaner is recommended (first, test the compatibility of the solvent and the substrate you are cleaning)
Allow the surface to dry before applying the Cornice Adhesive
